Does the HDMI pass through support Dolby and HDR?

Yes, Neo HDMI 2.0 can support high quality video: HDR 10 and Dolby Vision, but the light saturation is not good as SDR.

What is the different between Pop kit and Pro kit?

Pop kit has PU light strips; Pro kit is applied with Neon light strips, which can cover larger lighting area.

Will Neo work with gaming on pc?

Does the HDMI sync box cause signal lag?

The slight latency exists for a reason. It evolves something like "Softening Algorithms". And the necessity to introduce the softening algorithms, or put it another way, the slight latency is to make sure when the onscreen content changes even rapidly , the lights will sync the colors and effects in a way that’s is eyes-friendly by making a softening transition by reducing the dazzling effects on the eyes if the lights flash rapidly. There are three screen sync modes in the app: 

●Weak Mode: fit best with TV series, cartoons, (advised mode for the young and the old) 

●Normal Mode: fit best with movies, games, etc., (mostly used mode for most people) ●High Mode: fit best with games (advised mode for those who has high demand in synchronization effect)

There is no connection or any response after plugging in.

Please check your sources resolution is within or equal to 4K/60Hz, if not, it won’t support. Check the HDMI cable and connection with the input port. Try resetting the item, there is reset mark on the Sync box. Please contact us immediately, we’d address it for you.

Working as expected

Watched soo many reviews online and order so far right know it looks cool and amazing experience, but some lights stay on on sudden black screen like its not quick to response but still manageable and acceptable

I've been using this product for a couple of months now and it's been great for the most part but every so often the lights will fall off the TV because they unstick from the back. However, this isn't a huge problem and doesn't take too long to resolve. My biggest and most annoying issue, is that the lights randomly fall out of sync with one another and it's incredibly difficult to get them working again.

I dont know if I'm alone in this issue and was just sent a faulty light, but one of them (the top and left side) works perfectly and is always in sync with what it's supposed to be doing, but the other light (bottom and right side) constantly disconnects, stops working completely (turns off), falls out of sync and/or just does whatever it randomly wants to do.

There is no 'one fix' that i have found yet. Sometimes unplugging the box and restarting it works, sometimes fiddling with the options in the app makes it sync back up, etc. I'm at a point where I've tried everything I can and it still won't sync. I am tempted to delete the lights from the app and reconnect them but it kept giving me the error of the 2.4G wifi message, and my wifi does support this (as it has connected to it previously) but it keeps giving this silly error message anyway. I will keep thinking of new ways to fix this but it shouldn't be such a hassle, or at least have a consistent fix.

Other than the issues stated above, when it works, it works very well and the colour is rather accurate.

Good

I find this set to perform nicely.
It requires some fine-tuning as far as the app is concerned, to bring more/less colour saturation, not just light intensity.
Also led counting, if possible, to get the most of the stripe's exact placement.

NO HDCP 2.2 Support!

I have received a unit that does not support HDCP 2.2 latest standard and thus I cannot use this box to play content throguh my Playstaytion & TV.

Otherwise works great but is now useless.

I have installed the kit , waited for month to share my feedback.

Great
- Colours are great and reflect exactly
- Solid light strip

Not so Great
- Little bit pricey
- Not sticking to TV, falls off often from TV . I tried with 3M and Gorilla double tape but no luck. I read others feedback on the same issue.
- App is not stable

I love the lights but have 1 problem.

I love the lights, I just don't like that sometimes when I fast forward the lymti neo box shuts off.

Bullshit

Der Schlauch hält nicht am TV. Kleber lösen sich. Lässt sich nicht mit dem fire tv cube oder 4k Stick verbinden. Der Schlauch zeigt dann nur rot. Auf Anfragen wird nicht geantwortet. Finger weg.

Game changer

The app did not work for me but was able to use the Tuya app (mentioned in the manual) to set up so all good there. And it is spectacular. One of the coolest things I have ever bought!

Very minor gripes of it freezing a couple of times but a quick restart at the power point instantly fixes it.

Try a video game with a strong colour palette for best effects. And split screen games are extra cool with the background lighting effectively being per player.

lytmi kit

I was very into this kind of gimmick but i find it too pricey what was on the market till this time. So i jumped right into it.
It works fine, does what it should. But it can be much better with some software improvements.

This is the problems i found:
- the color accuracy is not that great. I don't know that it can be improved or not, but because i think these kind of rgb or rgbw ledstrips are very color accurate Lytmi should improve this later on. The whole experience could be much better if Lytmi could fix this.
-It's very good that black bars above and under the frame doesn't affect the functioning of this device but what about black bars on the sides? What if i'm watching a lot of old and modern movies that uses aspect ratios like 1.66 or 1.37 etc? Its a shame because this i think could be a very easy software fix. So please Lytmi take a note of this.
-the user interface is very shitty. It is in english but there are a lot bugs. Some stuff is in chinese letters, some aren't and i think there could much more controll for the users. There can be more fine tuning elements. I hope this will improve later on.
-hope Lytmi will implement D65 color/brightness setting because if you are a serious movie enthusiast or an industry professional and using a professionally calibrated screen than with this it could be a professional tool too.

My subjective approach for best settings are as follows:
-brightness: 25% (my screen is not on the white wall so it can be less if yours is)
-screen mirroring speed: weak
This is because it was so distracting to me with the high speed setting and the full brightness. When there is a slow scene or just plain conversation scene and there are light changes even the slightest in the corners of the frame there was a vibrating/fashing light show. It is so annoying. But it could really improve the viewing experience if i use it the way i set it up.

I think this is a very great device. It looks great and it works as expected. I hope they will improve it later on for more accuracy and more functionality.
